Competition Preparation and Race Support

Track and Classic currently supports several classic race cars at international and prestige events and carry out repairs, rebuilds and restoration work. Track and Classic's experienced owner Ian Grimes, currently looks after Malcolm Paul's collection of race cars including a 1959 Plus 4, a 1955 Lotus X, a 1959 Lotus Eleven, a 1960 Elva and a 1963 TVR Grantura.

A winning team in 2022!
Malcolm Paul and Rick Bourne were overall winners of the RAC Woodcote Trophy in the Lotus X and the RAC Pall Mall Cup in the TVR.

Ian Grimes has extensive experience preparing and supporting cars on track. He was with Beechdean Motorsport where he ran a BMW in the first Britcar 24 Hour race at Silverstone and subsequently a Ferrari 360 in British GT for two years.
